Evaluate and Rate Participant 
Explanation
This activity is used to define data used for evaluating the participants in your training
events.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, evaluation questions are required to be 
defined in the General Training Evaluation/Evaluation 
Question tab.

Procedure
  - Open the Training Event 
	window. Search or populate to find the required training event.
 
	- Go to the 
	Evaluation on Participant tab. The details of participants who 
	followed the training event will be listed in this tab.
 
	- In the bottom pane of the tab, you can select whether to do a general 
	or course-specific evaluation of employee's performance.
 
	- In the navigator, select the General Evaluation node. 
 
	- Go to the table and create a new record to specify the question that will be used for a general evaluation of the employee. You can 
	right-click and click Get Default Evaluation Question to use 
	questions from the default evaluation question template linked to the 
	training event in the 
	General 
	tab. Note that evaluation questions are predefined.
 
	- In the Evaluation Rating field, specify a rating for the 
	evaluation question using the list. The rating score  which corresponds 
	to the rating option is displayed automatically in the Rating Score 
	field.
 
	- Save the information.
  
	- Expand the Course Evaluation node in the navigator and select the 
	relevant course for which you want to specify the evaluation rating.
 
	- Go to the table and create a new record to specify the evaluation 
	question that will be used to evaluate the training participant for the 
	selected training course. You can also use the same default question 
	template as you did for the general evaluation in step 5.
 
	- Repeat step 6 to specify the rating score for the course.
 
	- A general evaluation of employee's performance during the training event 
	can be done in the upper pane in the Result field by selecting a 
	value from a drop down menu
 
	- Save the information.
