Link Unlinked Actions to Absence Period
Explanation
This activity is used to link absence actions with 
Unlinked action type to a new absence period of the employee. Absence 
actions of Unlinked type are actions which were previously completed for 
absence periods and later disconnected from those absence periods due to changes 
done to the absence records.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, absence actions with Unlinked 
action type should already exist for the employee. 
System Effects
As a result of this activity;
	- The type of the absence action will change 
from Unlinked to Manually in the Absence/Absence 
Action tab. If the absence is divided into sub periods, the Absence Periods/Actions 
tab will also be updated with this change.
 
	- If the system events are configured to generate emails for absence 
	actions, an email will be sent to the supervisor of the employee.

Procedure
	- Open the Absence window.
 
	- Search or populate to select the required employee.
 
	- Go to the Absence Registration 
	tab and select the absence record for which you want to link an absence action 
	which currently has Unlinked action type.
 
	- Right-click and click Link Unlinked Actions to open the
	Link Unlinked Actions 
	dialog box. All the absence actions which currently have Unlinked 
	action type will be listed in this dialog box.
 
	- Select the absence action which you want to link with the absence period 
	and click OK.
