Define Sub Contract Revision Audit Trail Settings
Explanation
This activity is used to define audit trail settings on a sub contract 
revision. It is possible to enable history logging of changes on a revision, by 
selecting the Audit Trail Enabled check box. All changes will be logged 
on the sub contract. For more information, refer the activity Log Sub Contract 
Line Item Change.
Prerequisites
  - The sub contract should not be in any of the following statuses: Completed, 
	Closed or Cancelled.
 
  - The sub contract revision must not be in either the Obsolete or Cancelled 
	status.
 
System Effects
  - The Audit Trail feature is either enabled or disabled on the revision.

Procedure
  - Open the 
	Sub Contract window and query (F3) for the 
	necessary sub contract.
 
	- Click the 
	Revision tab.
 
	- Select the desired revision, right-click, and then click Audit Trail 
	Settings. The 
	Audit Trail Settings dialog box opens.
 
	- By default the current settings are displayed. Select or clear the given 
	check boxes, as required. The Contract Change Order Required and Change Comment Required check boxes can only be selected when the Audit 
	Trail Enabled check box is selected.
 
	- Click OK.
