Connect Document to Sub Contract
Explanation
This activity is used to connect a document to the sub contract. Once a Request For Quotation (RFQ) has been created, it should be connected to 
the sub contract. 
This feature allows you to easily locate the document whenever there is a 
need to verify any information, and can be used for any documents you wish to 
connect to the sub contract.  
Prerequisites
  - Document Management must have been installed.
 
  - A sub contract must exist.
 
  - An RFQ document must exist.
 
System Effects
  - The RFQ document is connected to the sub contract.

Procedure
	- Open the 
	Sub Contract window and query (F3) for the 
	necessary sub contract. 
 
	- To attach a document, click Attachments on the task pane. 
 
	- Follow the steps as detailed in the activity
	
	Create New Document Title and Revision.
