Perform Due Calculation for Modification Tasks
Explanation
This activity is used to calculate the due date of the
modification or inspection that is to be performed on an assigned serial. The
due calculation is performed for each serial based on the average operational
value per month, the effective date and the execution intervals (i.e., Initial
Inspections, Continued Inspections and Terminating Action) which are defined on
the modification.
Prerequisites
  - A modification must have been defined. This
modification must be in the Active status.
- The serials on which the due calculation is to be
performed must have been assigned to the active modification revision.
- The active modification must have been defined as To Be Performed
on the assigned serial you want included in the due calculation. For more
information, refer to the activity Decide if the Modification should be
	performed for the Serial.
- Execution plans must have been defined on the modification or
inspection. For more information, refer to the activities Define
Inspections on Modification and Define Terminating Action on
	Modification.
- An average operational value per month must have been registered for the
assigned serial. For more information, refer to the activity Supply
	Operational Parameter Information.
- The date on which the due calculation is to be
performed on the assigned serial must have been defined in the Effective Date
	field.
- Modification tasks that are in
a planning state (i.e., in the Planned in Scope, Incomplete or
Under Preparation status) must be connected to a maintenance order that
	is not yet released.
System Effects
  - Due dates are calculated for the modification or
inspection which is to be performed on the assigned serials.
- If the calculated due date is within the given number of Days
Forewarning, a pending task is created.
- If the Rescission Date of the modification or inspection is within the
	given number of Days
Forewarning, a pending task is created.
- The due calculation for modification tasks will handle tasks that are included on maintenance orders
	not yet released.

Procedure
Use the following procedure to calculate due dates for
the inspection or modification that is to be performed on the assigned serials:
  - Open the
Modification Details window and query (F3) for the
modification revision you want. Note: This procedure can be performed
	using the
	Define
Modification window as well.
- Right-click anywhere in the header and then click Calculate
	Modification.
- The calculated due dates can be viewed in the
	Assign Serials
	tab of the
	Modification Details window.
If IFS/Complex MRO is used, the following procedure can be used to calculate
due dates for all the tasks (i.e. LLP and Modification
tasks) which are to be performed during a
shop visit:
	- Open the Task
Summary window or the Change Work
Scope Tasks window and query (F3) for the overhaul object and/or the MRO work order number you want.
- Right-click anywhere in the header, and then click Perform Due
	Calculation.
- The calculated interval maintenance due dates can be viewed in the
	LLPs and/or
	Modification
	tabs found in the Task
	Summary window and the
	 Change Work
	Scope Tasks window.
