Create New Invoicing Advice Revision
Explanation
This activity is used to create a new invoicing advice revision. Multiple 
revisions of an invoicing advice can be created and they can be useful in 
handling disputes once the advice is sent to the supplier. However, only one 
revision can be set as the approved invoicing advice revision and that revision 
will be used when matching the external supplier invoice with the project 
transactions. It is possible to copy the transactions and approval steps from an 
existing revision.
Prerequisites
	- An invoicing advice should exist for the supplier.
 
System Effects
	- A new revision of the invoicing advice is created.

Create New Revision
Procedure
	- Open the Invoicing Advice window.
 
	- Right-click on the header of the window and select the Create Revision 
	menu option.
 
	- In the Create New Revision dialog box 
	that opens, select the Copy from Revision check box and enter the 
	revision number if you want to copy transactions from an existing revision.
 
	- If you want to copy approval steps from the existing revision select the
	Copy Approval Steps check box.
 
	- Click OK to create the revision.
