Procedure

1. Open the Leaving Scenario window.
2. Right-click and click Action Details in order to enter conditions for the action.
3. In the Executing Order field, enter a value showing the order of execution.
4. Choose a type in the Closing Option field.
5. Enter a value for the option in the Value field. The registered value will be the effective time for the execution.
6. Specify the time period in payroll for the option execution in the Payroll Period Type field. Note that some options can be executed at the beginning of the monthly payroll period while others can be done within weekly periods.
7. Save all the information.
