Register Personal Tax Attributes

Explanation

This activity is used to register a defined tax attribute to an employee. The tax attribute registration is used to introduce individual information to specified fields in the tax declaration.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, tax attributes are required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the Person Tax Information window.
2. In the Person Id field, specify an id for the person for whom you want to register a tax attribute. Alternatively, you can use the list of values.
3. Create a new record in order to start registering the new personal tax attribute.
4. In the Year field, specify the year for which the tax attribute is valid.
5. Specify an id of the tax attribute in the Attribute Id field. You can also use the list of values.
6. Enter a value for the attribute in the Value field.
7. Save the information.
