Register Document per Employee
Explanation
This activity is used to register a document
for an employee. The registration means that a version of the document
template becomes assigned to the employee and is ready for editing with the
requested information.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, a document
template is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure
- Open the Document Registration
window and go to the Registration documents by employee tab.
- Find an employee for whom you
want to register a document.
- Go to the
document registration area and create a new record in order to start the document
registration.
- In the Doc No field, specify a unique ID for the registered document.
- Select a document template for
registration in the Template Id field.
- In the Stamp Id field,
select a stamp for the registered document.
- Save the
information.
