Register Document per Employee

Explanation

This activity is used to register a document for an employee. The registration means that a version of the document template becomes assigned to the employee and is ready for editing with the requested information.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a document template is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Document Registration window and go to the Registration documents by employee tab.
  2. Find an employee for whom you want to register a document.
  3. Go to the document registration area and create a new record in order to start the document registration.
  4. In the Doc No field, specify a unique ID for the registered document.
  5. Select a document template for registration in the Template Id field.
  6. In the Stamp Id field, select a stamp for the registered document.
  7. Save the information.
