Register Document per Company
Explanation
This activity is used to register a document
for a company. The registration means that a version of the document
template becomes assigned to the company and is ready for editing with the
requested information.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, a document
template is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure
- Open the Document Registration window
and go to the Company Document Registration tab.
- Search or populate to find a
company for which you want to register a document.
- Go to the document registration area and create a new record in order to start
the document registration.
- In the
Template Id field, select a document template for registration.
- Specify a
unique number for the registered document in the Doc No field.
- Select a
stamp for the registered document in the Stamp Id field.
- Save the
information.
