Register Document per Company

Explanation

This activity is used to register a document for a company. The registration means that a version of the document template becomes assigned to the company and is ready for editing with the requested information.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a document template is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Document Registration window and go to the Company Document Registration tab.
  2. Search or populate to find a company for which you want to register a document.
  3. Go to the document registration area and create a new record in order to start the document registration.
  4. In the Template Id field, select a document template for registration.
  5. Specify a unique number for the registered document in the Doc No field.
  6. Select a stamp for the registered document in the Stamp Id field.
  7. Save the information.
