Transfer Retrospective Calculation Results

Explanation

This activity is used to transfer results of the retrospective calculation into a variable document. Transferring those results is necessary as variable data documents only can participate in payroll calculations after which the past due remuneration can be paid out.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a retrospective calculation needs to be performed.

Procedure

1. In the Result list in the Retrospective Calculations Assistant, check the obtained calculation result per employee.
2. Select the Transfer Result to Variable Document check box in order to transfer the calculation results to the specified variable data document.
3. Click Finish.
