Register Payroll Details for Export

Explanation

This activity is used to register parameters for the export of a payroll setup. Selecting and registering the parameters is equal to deciding which elements of the payroll setup will be exported to a file.

Procedure

  1. Open the Export Payroll Setup window.
  2. Search or populate to find the required payroll setup ID defined for export.
     
  3. Go to the Wage Code Parameters tab and create a new record
  4. In the Parameter ID field, enter the parameter which should be included in the export. Use the list of values to select the required parameter.
  5. Save the information.
     
  6. Go to the Wage Code Class tab and create a new record.
  7. In the Wage Code Class ID field, enter the wage code class which should be included in the export. Use the list of values to select a value.
  8. Save the information.
     
  9. Go to the Wage Code Type tab and create a new record.
  10. In the Wage Code Type ID field, enter the wage code which should be included in the export. You can use the list of values.
  11. Save the information.
     
  12. Go to the Payroll Postings tab and create a new record.
  13. In the Posting Type field, enter the type of posting that should be included in the export. You can use the list of values.
  14. Save the information.
     
  15. Go to the Regulations tab and create a new record.
  16. In the Regulation ID field, enter the regulation which should be included in the export. You can use the list of values.
  17. Save the information.
     
  18. Go to the Senior Regulations tab and create a new record.
  19. In the Regulation ID field, enter the regulation which should be included as a senior regulation in the export. You can use the list of values.
  20. Save the information.
     
  21. Go to the Report Templates tab and create a new record.
  22. In the Group ID field, enter the report template which should be included in the export. You can use the list of values.
  23. Save the information.
     
  24. Go to the Payroll Templates tab and create a new record.
  25. In the Def Temp ID field, enter the payroll template which should be included in the export. You can use the list of values.
  26. Save the information.
     
  27. Go to the Payroll Periods tab and create a new record.
  28. In the Year field, enter an year which should be considered as a payroll period. Use the list of values.
  29. In the PI Period Type field, specify the period type. Use the list of values.
     
  30. Go to the Break and Benefits tab and create a new record.
  31. In the Break ID field, enter the type of break that should be included in the export. You can use the list of values.
  32. Save the information.
     
  33. Go to the Tag Codes tab and create a new record.
  34. In the Tag ID field, enter the tag which should be included in the export. You can use the list of values.
  35. Save the information.
     
  36. Go to the Wage Codes tab and create a new record.
  37. In the Wage Code ID field, enter a wage code which should be included in the export. You can use the list of values.
  38. Save the information.
     
  39. Go the Calculation Groups tab and create a new record.
  40. In the Calc Group ID field, enter a calculation group which should be included in the export. You can use the list of values.
  41. Save the information.
     
  42. Go to the Other Regulations tab and create a new record.
  43. In the Regulation ID field, enter the regulation which should be included as other regulations in the export. You can use the list of values.
  44. Save the information.
     
  45. Go to the Contribution Types tab and create a new record.
  46. In the Contribution Type ID field, enter the type of contribution that should be included in the export. You can use the list of values.
  47. Save the information.
     
  48. Go to the Loan Types tab and create a new record.
  49. In the Loan Type ID field, enter the type of loan that should be included in the export. You can use the list of values.
  50. Save the information.
     
  51. Go to the Liability Types tab and create a new record.
  52. In the Liability Type ID field, enter the type of liability that should be included in the export. You can use the list of values.
  53. Save the information.
     
  54. Go to the Payment Parameters tab and create a new record.
  55. In the Payment Parameters field, enter the payment parameter that should be included in the export. You can use the list of values.
  56. Save the information.
     
  57. Go to the Institutions tab and create a new record.
  58. In the Institution ID field, enter the institution that should be included in the export. You can use the list of values.
  59. Save the information.
     
  60. Go to the Tax Year tab and create a new record.
  61. In the Year field, enter the tax year which should be included in the export. You can use the list of values.
  62. Save the information.
