Redefine Payroll Header

Explanation

This activity is used to introduce new or correct existing information in the payroll header. The information contained in the header can facilitate the payroll identification and serve other informative purposes.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a payroll header is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Payroll window and find a payroll in which the header needs redefining.
  2. In the header, right-click and click the Cancel Calculation and Cancel Parameters option in order to move the header back to the editable status.
  3. Enter new or correct existing information for the header.
  4. Save the information.
