Payroll Data Security/Absence Type

Usage

Use this tab to review and add or modify application users' access rights to Absence Types.

If necessary, right-click on the header for menu invoking and click:

• Get Defaults in order to fetch and display the rows for all registered absence types in this tab,
• Grant All in order to grant access rights to all absence types to a group of application users,
• Revoke All in order to revoke access rights to all absence types to a group of application users or
• Grant Selected in order to grant access rights to selected absence types to a group of application users,
• Revoke Selected in order to revoke access rights to selected absence types to a group of application users,
• Can Modify/Grant Can Modify All in order to grant modification rights to all absence types to a group of application users,
• Can Modify/Revoke Can Modify All in order to revoke modification rights to all absence types to a group of application users,
• Can Modify/Grant Can Modify Selected in order to grant modification rights to selected absence types to a group of application users,
• Can Modify/Revoke Can Modify Selected in order to revoke modification rights to selected absence types to a group of application users,
• Can Remove/Grant Can Remove All in order to grant removal rights to all absence types to a group of application users,
• Can Remove/Revoke Can Remove All in order to revoke removal rights to all absence types to a group of application users,
• Can Remove/Grant Can Remove Selected in order to grant removal rights to selected absence types to a group of application users,
• Can Remove/Revoke Can Remove Selected in order to revoke removal rights to selected absence types to a group of application users,
• Copy From Group... to open the Copy From Existing Group dialog window (only absence types-related access right will be copied).
