Explanation

This activity is used to register a code for employee profession connected with hazard occupation information and determined by the state authorities.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a SSI header is required to be registered for the employee.

Procedure

1. In the Payroll Information window, find an employee for whom you want to register a profession for statistical reporting and hazard information purposes.
2. Go to the SII Data tab and Other Data section in order to start the profession registration.
3. In the Profession section and Profession Code field, specify an id for the employee profession. You can also use the list of values.
