Register SSI Pension/Annuity Settlement Period

Explanation

This activity is used to register a period for the settlement of annuities and pensions.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a SSI header is required to be registered for the employee.

Procedure

  1. In the Payroll Information window, find an employee for whom you want to register a period of annuity or pensions settlement.
  2. Go to the SII Data tab and Basic Data section in order to start the settlement period registration.
  3. In the Pens. Ann. Settle. Code field, specify a code describing settlement periods and type of social payments. You can use the list of values.
  4. In the Date From field, specify a date from which the information on settlement is effective.
