Register NHS Insurance Period

Explanation

This activity is used to register a period of time in which an employee has his or her medical insurance active and a branch of the NHS providing the medical cover.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a SSI header is required to be registered for the employee.

Procedure

  1. In the Payroll Information window, find an employee for whom you want to register a period of medical insurance.
  2. Go to the SII Data tab and Basic Data section in order to start the medical insurance registration.
  3. In the NHS Service Code field, specify a code for a branch of the NHS providing the medical insurance. You can use the value list.
  4. In the Agreement Date field, specify a date when the agreement for medical services was signed.
