Register Health Check
Explanation
This activity is used to register a health check and result of medical
follow-up examination for an employee.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, a health check is required to be defined
in the system.

Procedure
- Open the Other HR Data window and find an employee for
whom you want to register a health check results.
- Go to the Health Check tab and create a new record in
order to start health check registration.
- In the Health Check Type field, specify an id for the
examination. You can also use the list of values.
- Select a period of time over which the health check is in force in the
Date From and Valid To fields.
- In the Institution Id field, select an id of the authority
issuing a confirmation or a certificate. The list of values can also be
used.
- Save the information.
