Register Health Check

Explanation

This activity is used to register a health check and result of medical follow-up examination for an employee.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a health check is required to be defined in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Other HR Data window and find an employee for whom you want to register a health check results.
  2. Go to the Health Check tab and create a new record in order to start health check registration.
  3. In the Health Check Type field, specify an id for the examination. You can also use the list of values.
  4. Select a period of time over which the health check is in force in the Date From and Valid To fields.
  5. In the Institution Id field, select an id of the authority issuing a confirmation or a certificate. The list of values can also be used.
  6. Save the information.
