Register Employee Dependant Allowance

Explanation

This activity is used to register an allowance which an employee may obtain for his or her dependant.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, an employee dependant is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Payroll Information window and find an employee for whose dependant you want to register allowance.
  2. Go to the SII Family Data tab and find the registered employee dependant.
  3. In the Family Allowance section, select the Allowance Granted check box in order to register the reception of allowance.
  4. In the Date From and Date To fields, specify time frame in which the allowance applies.
  5. Save the information.
