Register Disciplinary Penalty

Explanation

This activity is used to register a disciplinary penalty for an employee. The registration means that the employee received the penalty and faces its consequences.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a fine is required to be defined in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Other HR Data window and find an employee for whom you want to register a disciplinary penalty.
  2. Go to the Disciplinary Penalties tab and create a new record in order to start the fine registration.
  3. In the Penalty Id field, specify an id for the fine. You can also use the list of values.
  4. Select a period of time over which the penalty is in force in the Date From and Date To fields.
  5. Enter any relevant information regarding the fin in the Notes field.
  6. Save the information.
