Register Disciplinary Penalty
Explanation
This activity is used to register a disciplinary penalty for an employee. The
registration means that the employee received the penalty and faces its
consequences.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, a fine is required to be defined in the
system.

Procedure
- Open the Other HR Data window and find an employee for
whom you want to register a disciplinary penalty.
- Go to the Disciplinary Penalties tab and create a new record in order to start
the fine registration.
- In the Penalty Id field, specify an id for the fine. You can also
use the list of values.
- Select a period of time over which the penalty is in force in the
Date From and Date To fields.
- Enter any relevant information regarding the fin in the Notes
field.
- Save the information.
