Register Contraindication

Explanation

This activity is used to register for an employee a contraindication to the performed work and confirmed by a health check and medical follow-up examination.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a contraindication is required to be defined in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Other HR Data window and find an employee for whom you want to register a contraindication.
  2. Go to the Health Check tab and select the relevant record.
  3. Right-click and click the Health-Check Contraindications option in order to register the health condition.
  4. Create a new record and specify a type of contraindication in the Contraindication Type field. Alternatively, you can use the list of values
  5. In the Notes field, enter any relevant information regarding the health condition.
  6. Save the information.
