Delegate Full Access to Substitutes
Explanation
This activity is used to delegate all access rights of a supervisor to 
a substitute. Rights have to be delegated if the supervisor wants someone to 
perform duties that require access rights.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, a supervisor has to have access roles 
assigned to him or her.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a substitute will receive all access rights of 
a supervisor.

Procedure
	- Open the Role Delegation window.
 
	- Search or populate to find the supervisor whose access rights you want 
	to delegate.
 
	- From the Organization Tree on the left, select any company or matrix 
	organization.
 
	- Navigate to the Substitutes tab and add a new record.
 
	- In the Substitute Type field, select if supervision will be 
	delegated via a Person ID or an Employee ID.
 
	- If you decided to delegate a substitute based on his Employee ID, enter 
	his company in the Substitute Company ID field. You can use the list 
	of values.
 
	- Enter unique identifier of the substitute in the Substitute ID 
	field. Depending on what you selected in step 5, you can enter Employee ID 
	or Person ID. This is the ID of someone who will be nominated as a 
	supervisor's substitute. You can use the list of values.
 
	- In the Authority To Be Granted field, select Full Access.
 
	- Enter how long the substitute will have to fulfill his role in the 
	Access Valid From and Access Valid To fields.
 
	- By default, a substitute can access only transactions registered during 
	his access delegation (entered in step 10). You can extend or shorten the 
	period during which he can 
	access transactions by Tran. From and Trans. To fields. The 
	substitute will see transactions from a period specified in these fields.
 
	- Save your changes.
