Move Parallel Consolidation Structure Node
Explanation
This activity is used to disconnect a node with dimension value connections
from the node above it, and then connect it to another node via a single
structure operation. The node will be moved together with connected dimension
values and sub nodes.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, the status of the consolidation structure
should be In Progress.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
	- Disconnect transactions are created for the connection between the moved
node and the node to which it previously belonged.

	- A new connection is created between the moved node and the new node to
	which it belongs.
