Register Loan

Explanation

This activity is used to register a loan to an employee. The loan is a long- or short-term credit taken by the employee from the company. The registration means the the loan is granted to the employee and the repayment method and time period are determined.

Procedure

  1. Open the Loans and Contributions window and find an employee to whom you want to register a loan.
  2. Go to the Loans tab and create a new record in order to start the loan registration. In the Loan Type Id field, specify an id of a loan. You can also use the list of values.
  3. In the Loan Date field, set the date at which the loan is given to the employee.
  4. Set a start date for the loan payment in the Payment Start Date field.
  5. Enter an amount for the loan in the Loan Amount field. Specify an institution for the loan payment in the Institution Id field.
  6. Save the information.
