Register Cash Re-payment

Explanation

This activity is used to register a loan repayment in cash via the cash desk.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a loan with Active status is required to be registered to an employee.

Procedure

  1. Open the Loan and Contribution window.
  2. Search or populate to find an employee for whom you want to register the loan repayment via cash desk.
  3. Go to the Loans tab and select the loan for repayment.
  4. Right-click and click Loan Details.
     
  5. In the Employee Loan window, select an installment for cash repayment, right-click and click Installment Details.
  6. In the Loan Installment Details window, create a new record in order to start the cash repayment registration.
  7. Save the information.
