Register Cash Contribution Payment

Explanation

This activity is used to register a payment of contribution in a form of cash via the cash desk.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a contribution is required to be registered to an employee and in the Active state.

Procedure

  1. Open the Loans and Contributions window and find an employee for whom you want to register the contribution payment via the cash desk.
  2. Go to the Contributions tab and select the loan for repayment and right-click and click the Contribution Details option.
  3. In the Contribution Emp window, select a proper payment and right-click and click the Payment Details option.
  4. In the Contribution Payment Details window, create a new record in order to start the cash payment registration.
  5. Save the information.
