Register Validity Dates for Regulation

Explanation

This activity is used to register the validity of a social fund regulation. The valid dates determine a period of time over which the regulation is effective in the system. Employees receive benefits during this specified period.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a social fund regulation is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Regulations window and go to the Other Regulations tab in order find a social fund regulation for which validity dates need registering.
  2. In the section for validity information, create a new record to register dates.
  3. Specify the valid period for the social pay type regulation in the Valid From and Valid To fields.
  4. Save the information.
