Register Constant Data Document
Explanation
This activity is used to register constant data documents for an employee. Constant
data may be a base salary, a bonus, a commission, and any benefits that the
employee receives with the remuneration over a specified
period of time. Constant data type parameters are grouped into documents. That
is, the
registration saves a document with parameters for the employee.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, a constant data parameter is required to
be registered in the system.

Procedure
- Open the Constant Data window.
- Create a new record in order to create a new
constant data document.
- Specify a unique document ID in the Document Number field.
- In the Document Name field, specify a name for the document.
- Select the All Parameters check box in order to have all registered
parameters available for the document.
- Select the Active on Date check box and select the required date
in order to have parameters valid on a specific date available for the
document.
- Save the information.
