Register Constant Data Document

Explanation

This activity is used to register constant data documents for an employee. Constant data may be a base salary, a bonus, a commission, and any benefits that the employee receives with the remuneration over a specified period of time. Constant data type parameters are grouped into documents. That is, the registration saves a document with parameters for the employee.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a constant data parameter is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Constant Data window.
  2. Create a new record in order to create a new constant data document.
  3. Specify a unique document ID in the Document Number field.
  4. In the Document Name field, specify a name for the document.
  5. Select the All Parameters check box in order to have all registered parameters available for the document.
  6. Select the Active on Date check box and select the required date in order to have parameters valid on a specific date available for the document.
  7. Save the information.
