Modify Registered Division Parameters

Explanation

This activity is used to modify any registered division parameters on a variable data document. Modification of parameter divisions may be needed in case of accounting adjustments. 

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a variable data parameter document with parameter divisions is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the Variable Data window and find a variable parameter which you want to modify registered division parameters for employees.
2. In the variable document header, check if the document status is set to Open or Ready.
3. Select employees and parameters for which the modification parameter divisions is required.
4. In order to enter any modifications for the parameter division, right-click and click Division Parameters.
5. Modify any necessary data using lists of values for various elements of accounting distribution.
6. Save the information.
