Close T and A Import Definition

Explanation

This activity is used to close a time and attendance data import document in which all parameters are registered. Closing the definition means approving all import settings and making the document ready for time and attendance data.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a time and attendance data document with parameters is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the Time & Attendance Import window and find a document with parameters which you want to close.
2. Check if all data parameters have been entered correctly.
3. In the header, right-click and click Close.
4. Save the information.
