Enable the Configuration for Selected Companies
Explanation
This activity is used to determine which companies have access to an 
assistant configuration. Only employees employed in those companies will be able 
to use it.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity:
	- An assistant configuration has to be registered in the system.
 
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the assistant configuration will become 
available for selected/all companies.

Procedure
	- Open the HR Assistant Configuration window.
 
	- Search or populate to find a relevant assistant configuration ID.
 
	- Define companies which will have access to the configuration:
		- To enable the configuration for all companies you have access to, 
		select the All Companies check box in the header of the window.
 
		- To enable the configuration for selected companies, go to the 
		Companies tab and add a new record. In the Company ID 
		field, enter the identifier of a company for which you want to enable 
		the configuration
		In addition, you can select the Default Configuration check box 
		so that the configuration will be automatically suggested to any company 
		employee who they uses the assistant.
