Define Field Layout
Explanation
This activity is used to define how particular fields will be positioned in 
the assistant.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity:
	- An assistant configuration has to be registered in the system.
 
System Effects
As a result of this activity, an assistant configuration will be defined with 
details such mandatory fields and skipped steps.

Procedure
	- Open the HR Assistant Configuration window.
 
	- Search or populate to find a relevant assistant configuration ID.
 
	- On the Configuration tab, use the list on the left to 
	select the step which you want to change.
 
	- Open the Layout tab, it will display how the step is 
	currently looking.
 
	- Right-click anywhere on the tab and click Change Field Location. 
	The HR Assistant Step Layout will open.
 
	- In the assistant, select a field which you want to move from the Step 
	Name column.
 
	- Use the Up, Down, Left, Right buttons to move the field.
 
	- Use the + Height, - Height, + Width, - Width to change the size 
	of the field.
 
	- Click OK.
 
	- Right-click anywhere in the Layout tab and click Save 
	Layout.
