Procedure
	- Open the HR Assistant Configuration window.

	- Search or populate to find a relevant assistant configuration ID.

	- On the Configuration tab, make sure that the name of the
entire configuration is selected from the step list (located on the left of
the tab, the name should be at the very top).

	- When the configuration name is selected, the Configuration Steps
tab is available. It displays the list of all steps available for the
particular assistant. Be default all steps are enabled.

	- Clear the Enabled check box to disable the step for a particular
configuration. As a result, the step will be unavailable in the assistant.
You can use the list on the right to select each step and see what
information if covers, but remember to go back to the top of the list to
	make changes.
Note: Some steps cannot be disabled (e.g., the Employee step
for the New Employee assistant). In this case you will be
notified via an error message upon saving.
	- Select the Mandatory Step check box if you want to make a step
mandatory for the users. This will prevent the step from being skipped
unless all mandatory fields are filled in.

	- To change the order in which steps will appear, right-click anywhere in
the Configuration Steps tab and click Change Step Order.
	A dialog box will open.
		- To change the order in which steps appear, select a step and move it
by clicking up and down arrows. The closer the step is to the top, the
		sooner it will appear.

		- Once you defined the step order, press OK.

	- Save your changes.
