Create the Assistant Configuration
Explanation
This activity is used to create a basic configuration of an HR assistant. 
Without further definition, all assistant steps will be made available and a 
default set of mandatory fields will be loaded.

There are no prerequisites.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a configuration of an HR assistant will be 
created.

Procedure
	- Open the HR Configuration window.
 
	- In the header, add a new record.
 
	- In the Config ID field, enter a unique identifier which will be 
	given to your configuration.
 
	- In the Name field, enter the name for your configuration.
 
	- In the Description field, you can enter a short description of 
	the configuration.
 
	- In the Type field, enter for what assistant do you want to create 
	a configuration. Following values are available:
		- New Employee - the configuration will be created for the 
		New Employee assistant.
 
		- New Expense - the configuration will be created for the 
		New Expense assistant.
 
	
	 
	- In the Valid From and Valid To fields, enter the period 
	during which the configuration will be valid (and thus available for 
	selection).
 
	- Save your changes.
