Enter Notes for Business Lead
Explanation
A note can be used, as a means of forwarding information to someone who will 
process the object later. Another area of use is to make personal notes and 
comments for internal reference only.
Prerequisites
A business lead header must have been entered and saved.
System Effects
A note is added to the business lead.

Procedure
	- Open the Business 
	Lead window and search for the required 
	business lead record.
 
	- Click the General tab and enter any notes 
	in the Notes field.
 
	- Save your changes.
