Explanation
This activity is used to view, modify, or enter information about departments 
of customer contacts. 
Prerequisites
This activity has no prerequisites.
System Effects
A department value is created and is available for use in customer/contacts.

Procedure
	- Open the CRM Basic Data 
	window and click the Departments tab.
 
	- Create a new record.
 
	- Enter the short code in the Department field.
 
	- Enter description of the department in the Description field.
 
	- Save the information.
