Modify Customer Payment Proposal
Explanation
This activity is used to change 
details of proposal items (e.g. modify cash discount amounts, specify a payment 
method and address), remove items from the proposal or add items to the 
proposal. You can also create new payments on account or new payments in 
advance. In addition, one time specific information of proposal 
items belonging to one-time customers can be modified and viewed.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity:
	- A customer payment proposal of the Created 
	status should exist.
	
 
	- To offset proposal items, the proposal should have 
	proposal items with the Offset Possibility check box selected.
	
 
	- To view one-time specific information, customers 
selected as one-time customers should exist and the relevant invoices should be 
posted.
 
System Effects
As 
a result of this activity, the modifications made are applied when the payment 
order is created.

Procedure
To modify a customer payment proposal: 
  - Open 
	Customer Payment Proposals and use the Populate
    or Search
    function to find the proposal you want to modify.
 
  - Select the proposal, right-click and them click Details to open the
	Customer Payment 
	Proposal Details window.
 
	- Make the required changes and save the information.
 
To offset customer payment proposal 
items:
	- Open 
	Customer Payment Proposals and use the Populate
    or Search
    function to find the proposal with the items you want to offset.
 
	- Select the proposal, right-click and them click 
	Details to open the
	Customer Payment 
	Proposal Details window.
 
	- Select the required proposal item, right-click and 
	then click Offset to open the
	Customer Offset 
	window.
 
	- Enter the required information in the
	Customer Offset 
	window and save.
